Nicole enjoys reading, crafts, the beach and, most recently, gardening.
As a Client Service Manager and Team Lead, Nicole enjoys developing and sustaining relationships by building trust and confidence professionally as well as in her own life. She is always eager to help clients and goes the extra step to get things done right the first time.
Nicole joined Grimes and Company in 2007 and works with Emily Wood and Gerald Connolly. Prior to joining the firm, Nicole worked at Fidelity Investments for four years providing client service to their Employer Services Division, supporting pensions, 401k, insurance and payroll administration.
Nicole and her husband, Jim, have two young daughters and a black lab mix named Rozy. They have taught her patience, accepting mistakes and to make herself a priority.
