Michelle, her husband, and their two young boys love to travel.
As Operations and Client Service Team Lead, Michelle manages the operating procedures within her respective department. She also serves as Senior Client Service Manager and is always willing to go the extra mile to provide exceptional service for our clients. She loves building long lasting relationships with clients, helping train new employees, and looking for ways to make processes more streamlined and efficient.
Michelle joined Grimes and Company in 2017. She received a BS from Johnson & Wales University, majoring in Financial Service Management. Prior to joining the firm, Michelle worked at Fidelity Investments for little over 11 years, providing relationship management to high net worth clients.
Each year Michelle and her family plan a trip to a new location to explore together (which must include a Lake or Beach setting).
