Michelle, her husband, and their two young boys love to travel.
As the Director of Advisor Experience, Michelle serves as the primary operational contact for advisors. Her role includes overseeing the onboarding of new advisors, continual training for tenured advisors, and collaborating with various departments to improve and implement company processes & procedures.
Michelle joined Grimes and Company in 2017 as a Client Service Manager and quickly moved into a managerial role for her team. With a focus on streamlining established processes and procedures among the service team, Michelle also assisted with training new advisors.
Prior to joining the firm, Michelle worked at Fidelity Investments for over 11 years, living in New Hampshire, Arizona, and Florida, and providing relationship management to high-net-worth clients. She received a Bachelor of Science from Johnson & Wales University, majoring in Financial Service Management.
Michelle, her husband, and their two boys enjoy weekends on the boat or the golf course during summer and traveling throughout the year to new locations. Michelle and her husband also enjoy watching their kids’ various sports endeavors.
