Lauren Senna is a Client Service Manager at Grimes & Company, where she focuses on building strong client relationships and ensuring a seamless, positive experience. She enjoys getting to know clients and helping them navigate their needs with care and attention to detail. Lauren also values the firm’s collaborative environment and the opportunity to work alongside and learn from a knowledgeable and supportive team.
Lauren earned her degree in Liberal Arts from MassBay in Wellesley. Before joining Grimes & Company, she spent more than ten years in the banking industry, including three years in a leadership role as an Assistant Manager. Her experience in financial services has given her a strong foundation in client service, relationship management, and problem-solving, which she brings to her work with clients every day.
Outside of the office, Lauren enjoys spending time with friends, baking, and tackling projects around the house. She appreciates opportunities to be creative, stay busy, and enjoy time with the people who matter most to her.
