Greg Lee is a Regional Director at Grimes & Company, where he leads with a focus on people, culture, and opportunity. He is committed to fostering a collaborative environment that supports both team members and clients, helping the firm continue to grow with purpose. Greg is especially energized by the strength of the firm’s culture and the meaningful relationships built along the way.
Greg earned his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University before going on to complete his MBA at Grand Canyon University. His educational background, combined with his leadership perspective, supports his ability to guide regional strategy and team development. He brings a thoughtful approach to leadership, grounded in continuous improvement and a strong belief in investing in people.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys traveling, playing guitar, and rooting for Arizona sports teams.
