Rich comes from a family of three generations of insurance professionals, beginning his career in Montreal, Canada, in his family’s business, Dunsmore Insurance Agency. After relocating to Boston, Rich co-founded Arons & Dunsmore Insurance Agency in 1998.
Rich studied Business Management at Dawson College in Montreal and currently holds Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Certified Long Term Care Consultant (CLTC), and Business Succession Planning (BSP), designations. He is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council and Finseca. He holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.
Outside of work, Rich enjoys life at home with his wife, their son, and his best friend Koda, the family dog, a Gerberian Shepsy. A lifelong hockey enthusiast, he spends much of his free time on the ice—whether coaching, playing, or cheering from the stands.
