Mary is a self-described "geek of all things dealing with IT and IoT!"
Mary Le joined Grimes & Company as an IT Generalist in 2025, bringing more than 20 years of technical expertise in systems engineering, administration, and service management. She has a demonstrated history of building foundational IT environments from the ground up and supporting organizations through periods of rapid growth. Her favorite part of Grimes & Company is the uniquely friendly, helpful, and supportive culture.
In her previous roles, Mary oversaw infrastructure upgrades, implemented enhanced security protocols, introduced network analysis tools, improved storage systems, and managed the internal ticketing system. She looks forward to contributing to Grimes by providing strong technical support and helping to build new solutions that will support the firm’s continued growth
A self-taught IT engineer and a true “Jane of all trades,” Mary is passionate about all areas of technology and IoT. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with great company and embracing life’s simple pleasures.
