Ashley serves as Chief Operating Officer at Grimes & Company, where she oversees the firm’s strategic operations, drives process improvement, and leads initiatives to enhance efficiency and client service delivery.
She collaborates closely with the firm’s leadership team and across departments to refine operational frameworks and support the firm’s continued growth.
Ashley began her career at Grimes & Company in 2010 as a Client Service Manager. After obtaining her MBA from Bentley University in 2012, her efforts shifted towards middle office and management functions. Throughout her tenure, she has served as the firm’s Project Manager and most recently Business Operations Manager, providing Ashley with responsibilities in human resources, office management, and compliance functions. Her experience within these various roles, along with her focus and high regard for our firm’s culture and core values, have positioned Ashley as a vital member of our team.
Prior to joining Grimes, Ashley held roles in insurance and investment management as a Registered Associate Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual. She holds a BS in Economics with a concentration in Finance from Bentley University.
Outside of work, Ashley is an avid Taylor Swift fan and enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children.
