As Client Service Manager, Melissa enjoys working closely with clients to make the onboarding process and subsequent service requests as easy and seamless as possible.
Melissa joined Grimes and Company in 2022 as Client Service Associate and was promoted to her current role in 2023. She graduated from Quinsigamond College and has a diverse professional background with experience in both education and medicine. Melissa values teamwork and brings with her a strong desire to assist others. Proficiency, communication, and perseverance are some of her strongest attributes to our firm.
