Client Service Manager
Kris speaks 5 languages and loves to crochet while listening to audio books.
Kris is passionate about client service and ensuring that client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Her favorite part about working at Grimes and Company is her ability to work closely with clients, and building strong and trusting relationships as a result.
Kris joined Grimes and Company in 2020 as a Client Service Manager. She received her BS from the Academy of Economic Studies, majoring in Business Administration. Prior to joining the firm, Kris worked at SS&C Asset Manager Solutions for five years where she managed the company’s Institutional Contact Center. Kris also worked at Bank of America as a Relationship Manager, where she enjoyed building rapport with her clients.
